Orange County Medical Association

Starting in mid 2009, Cyclogram began a long-term relationship with the San Diego County Medical Society (SDCMS). We produced an expansive website that automated large parts of the membership join, renew, and management processes and provided a variety of member services, including access codes to member benefits, FAQs databases, e-mail newsletters, directory updates, CME notifications, and online advocacy tools.

By early 2009, we’d replicated the project with the Orange County Medical Association. Orange County, also known as "The OC," is home to thousands of doctors in one of the wealthiest areas of the country. As with many local medical societies, membership engagement has been a challenge. OCMA leveraged an infrastructure very similar to that of SDCMS, but with a smaller staff dedicated to member and community communication. Staff with other offline responsibilities monitors new and returning member dues payment and makes regular updates to the website without possessing any specific technical background.

Since then, we provide solutions to local medical societies throughout California, including San Bernardino, Riverside, San Mateo, and soon, San Francisco counties.
